May 11So we finally did it today. We saw a house, put in an offer, and — after some negotiation — have conditonaly bought a house. This just happens to come on the same day that a “SOLD” sign appeared on our own front lawn. We paid more than we really wanted to, and more than the house was worth, but the market is going up. It’s a bit of a seller’s market...
